Those are supposed to be available pretty soon (October).

New compound, 25 & 27c versions in black and tan/white(?) colors. Compliant with latest ETRTO standard & hookles compatible.

Claimed weights:
225g / 25C
260g / 27C

Sounds promising, I’d get white version for looks alone but let’s wait for BRR test (it’s on voting list Image)

Road race season is just about over for 90% of the world population. Seems like as good a date as any to hoard tires for next season.

Challenge have a history of nice feeling, nice rolling low pressure tires. This may translate well to TLR tires.
They did pretty poorly in the high pressure department, their casing material didn't withstand high pressures for long.
That's been the case for me for all the Challenge road tubular and clincher tires I tried.
Maybe their casing material has changed too. Time will tell.
Any volunteers to install them with sealant on wheels for the winter  ?

Louis :)

The H-TLR tires have been just fine at high pressures.

Tires came in at 262 and 264g. At 150 Euro they were sent with express freight aswell as 2*65ml tubless sealant.
So basically you don't pay 85 Euro per tire.
Cheapest freight i can get is 10 Euro, after that it just goes up.
Sealant should be around 10 Euro / bottle.
So 10+10+10 is 30 Euro. That would be tires at 60 Euro a piece.

Ultimately you're paying 150 Euros to get those tires in your hands.

If I buy those tires locally there's no shipping cost equivalent. If I don't value any sealant but Orange Seal, then that "free" sealant is worthless to me.

You seem a bit spiteful, why is that? Does it have to do with tires or anything else?

Oh so already arrived? Let us know how is the mounting process and how wide they sit on the rims
