I had my doubts about the ISP, but I love it now. No slipping, creaking, seizing. Bike still fits in trunk of my car with wheels on. In fact, no complaints at all. My TCR is just a fantastic bike all round: stiff, light, fast, comfortable, nimble, stable, climbs great, corners on rails, cheap too compared to most super bikes. I don't think the TCR is a particularly attractive looking bike, but everything else is great, and rim brakes is the cherry on top 😀

Picked this up today
Weight is indeed quite impressive, 6.98 KG as pictured with dura ace pedals and its size S.
Haven't had the chance to ride it yet, but cadex freehub sound is obnoxiously loud! much louder than dt swiss EXP.
Will post my first ride report when I have time to go out next weekend.

Looks great, congrats! Looking forward to hear how it rides.

I have no doubts that I would be fine with riding it - the system clearly works great. I would just have a very hard time selling the bike again.

taiwan, giant's home country. Initial batch is very limited thou only a handful of top spec ones across the whole island. Second batch might not arrive until end of the year as giant is probably busy fulfilling orders for other countries right now.
Cadex's new aero tire weights 270g each. I might replace them with GP5000 TdF TT which is around 210g, so a total of 120g saving.

As one of the last great rim brake frames, I don't see me selling mine for a long time, but I am less worried about the ISP affecting resale value as I only chopped 1 cm off it.

Looks mint. Could you please measure the HT and the required spacers height? Thanks!

sure HT = 12cm, mandatory spacer = 1cm.
The HT length in the geometry chart for size S is 13cm, so it includes the spacer.

Please confirm if that was BB centre to rail?

The propel geometry looks approximately the same as tcr, is that right?

The question was saddle height.. not to rail.

Thank you Sherlock, I asked as with ISP you generally measure to the rail given the variability with individual saddle stack heights.

Does anyone know how accommodating Giant is when ordering a new bike to changing bar width? I am looking to get a new Propel but would much prefer 400mm bars instead of the 440mm ones spec'd on a size L.

That’s probably a conversation with your local dealer. The ones that do a lot of volume are probably willing to swap out as they may have enough opposing swaps or inventory to balance out.
