The numbers are very low, not sure what the limiter is e.g. that new giant stem perhaps? But would depend on the model and size. Around here they are allocated to shops on past sales basis, so if there's 5 mediums allocated to a region and there's more than two shops, someone's going to be disappointed. Mine was originally due in Dec, then Feb, then March. Now ETA is late April. I declined the option on some reactos in late '21 as they weren't due until Feb '23 and that would be ridiculous. Oh wait...

Bingo, Tobin. If what RadB says applies there, that'd make sense, as they're new to Giant.

Since Pon owns Cervelo, Santa Cruz and now Cannondale, I’d be shocked if Mike’s Bikes continued carrying Giant, BMC and Orbea. I figure at least two of those brands will be dropped within a year.

True. I wonder what the Mike's BIkes team is going to go with.

A couple are on Cervelos already, also Giro helmets.

They have also featured almost nothing but Cervelo and Santa Cruz on their YT channel since a Giant Revolt video 6 months ago.

Well, the website update for the UK hasn't happened! Anyone got any inside knowledge on what's going on with the UK market?
The Canadian website didn't have Propels for the longest time, but then I saw them in the dealer portal - with links to pages on the Canadian website that weren't there yet (they were added to the main menu this week, but visible previously if you had the link).

Giant Canada main road page - https://www.giant-bicycles.com/ca/bikes ... and-racing
Propel SL 0 - https://www.giant-bicycles.com/ca/prope ... -sl-0-2023
Propel SL 1 - https://www.giant-bicycles.com/ca/prope ... -sl-1-2023
Propel Pro 0 - https://www.giant-bicycles.com/ca/prope ... 0-axs-2023
Propel 1 - https://www.giant-bicycles.com/ca/prope ... ced-1-2023

I expected Giant used the same page naming protocol across their regions, meaning we might be able to find hidden Propel pages by editing these names for other regions. When I tried that for GB, the links 'corrected' and brought me back to pages for 2016 Propels.

We've come a long way kids - https://www.giant-bicycles.com/gb/prope ... -SL-0-2023

While it seems you can't shop on the web for the UK market, I'd recommend asking your local Giant shop what they can tell you. The website updates seem to be low down on the list of priorities when all the bikes have already sold to shops... but the last thing you want is for all those shops to sell the bikes you want before you even knew they had them.

 Wow, enjoy your 2024 Propel!
I was hoping to see mine arrive in the next couple of months, tops... I figured it would be a forgone conclusion that I'd be able to take it to Mallorca with me in May, but perhaps not!
There is still a big issue with Shimano Road and Gravel Groupsets. Most Bikes on backorder have again been pushed back 2-3 months after the new years brake.
Most Propels here are SRAM equipped. Except for the SL 0 DA and Advanced 2 with mech R7000. From everything I orderd, I only got the Adv 2 in M, M/L, L, so 3 bikes in total. Could've sold at least three SL 0 this year already.

Curious about availability, called the nearby giant LBS for a S size.
- they just sold their advanced sl
- they have an Advanced 1 available right now
- can have an advanced 3
For anything else they are happy to take orders but have no idea when will bikes or frames (same problem) be available.

(But rim brake advanced SL are available in all sizes within 7 day for only 2800€)

I've already got a Pro 0 Di2 on order with my LBS, I/they just don't know if/when they'll get it!

Looks like Giant are going to start direct to consumer sales in the UK. I wonder if the propel will become available soon due to this?

Shame 38cm bars do not come with the size S frame. It comes with 40cm bars, which makes it a no no for me.

It's not clear if 38cm bars will be available separately, but I guess it is possible to use other suitable bars with the new stem and keep internal routing. No idea which bars would work well tho.
