Confirming the BCRR report, Schwalbe technical support replied and gave me data for the 700x34C Schwalbe Pro One TLE on a 21C rim:

Width (WAM): 32.8 mm
Outer diameter: 696.5 mm

@ 5 bar / 72.5 psi

Small update, I am using Challenge Strada Bianca HTLR in 33mm. Claimed weight 335 grams per tyre, the ones I bought during their Black Friday are 345 and 328.

Mounted on the Light Bicycle AR25d rims which are 24mm internal with a so-called "mini hook".

Rear tyre has widened to 34mm, I suspect it will grow another 0.5mm.

Very nice feeling tyres, the wheelset only weighing a touch over 1kg definitely helps. Pressures in the area around 48-58 psi.

Since I didn't get along with my Gravel King Slicks (leaking sealant like crazy), I put some 34mm Schwalbe Pro Ones on my Light Bicycle WR35 (25mm inner width).
First impression is quite good, holding air and sealant so far.
The tire measures exactly 34mm on that rim!

It's listed on the shop page though.
