He perhaps meant the angled shims for the bar. The bar/stem combo now uses a sliding interface to adjust the bar angle.

New models are already available and on shop floors in limited quantities.
I know this shop sells a lot of Cervelos and do get looked after by Pon, but Im still a little surprised that a new frameset has made it to a rural town in southern Australia.
I will specifically ask the dealer when I next speak to him

it's sapphire which is more purple in real life and the white is actually grey in real life.

I'll be buying a frameset as well, as soon as someone will take my money. Been riding a 3T Strada Due for the past 2 and 1/2 years built up with dura ace, rotor aldhu crankset with power2max power meter and Roval Rapide wheel for a total weight of around 7.3kg. I expect the S5 to be a little heavier since their appears to be deeper profile tube shapes, thicker seatpost, etc. As soon as I'm able to find one and build it up, will post details.

hopefully darimo gets around to making a seatpost for it, now that this model and the outgoing can use the same post should give them more reason. I've been waiting for a Timemachine one since late 2019.

yeah I forgot about the hylix.. hopefully Darimo can shave another 20 off. Really curious on weights of 51 and 54. Realistically hoping for 150g+ shaving off my TMR01 that is really bloated. Lighter frame, fork and seatpost ought to do it.

It behaves as a normal 6 degree stem. You don't need any different calculator than you do for any other bike.

Because Cervelo did the calculations before releasing the last bike because they knew people would need to be able to compare the S5 to other bikes.
A Cervelo V stem with for instance 100mm -6 written on it behaves the same way as a conventional 100mm -6 stem would on the geometry chart of the bike.

The stem is obviously not -6* so their geo chart must measure to the top of the stem rather than the bottom.

I have a Caledonia 5 and its seatpost is rated to 8Nm max. That stopped me from trying Hylix or Darimo which have 5Nm max. Maybe it works but to me it seems like a big difference, maybe for some light girl...

Being a condescending tit about things you don't understand is not a particularly effective path to knowledge. I don't need to be critical about the new S5s stem measurement now because I put in the effort to read about and understand their concept behind the stem and its stated dimensions when the first one was released. Well, I say effort - it's really not that complicated and I'm not sure what it is you're not getting. Someone already showed you the diagram.

Standard stack of a stem used to be 40mm. So if you use a stem calculator i would suggest you just set -6 degree and stem stack 40-42mm.
That should put you in the region.

It doesn't matter what angle the V stem's arms actually rise at* because the attachment point to the frame is already so different to everything else. If you want to compare it to any other bike setup, call it a -6. That's how it's been designed to work, and it does work.
And the conventional stem in the overlay you linked is clearly on a negative angle.
* It will be different for every stem length anyway, even though they all behave like a -6.
