That silver bike need some decal. Maybe "Madone" on the downtube.

Size 54, Sram, Team colour (with pedals, cages, rear light, front and rear mounts) = 7.88kg
Looks like this solid red colour is heavier than the Quicksilver

Ive actually grown to like these especially the green pro bike. However it has to be slammed and on some deep rims to look good. (ps yes i know fit is everything but still)

It's an interesting looking bike, and kudos to Trek for thinking outside the box. It's funny - if this bike were black, I don't think the logos wouldn't be such a big deal, but in any other color, you're looking for them and the absence is glaring.
Unfortunately, Trek has grown too expensive for my tastes, so I'll be admiring them from a distance on my old Madone.

Is this with standard tubes (+- 100g) and inserts? Would be an easy 200g to get rid of. I am curious to know if it is possible to get a new Madone below 7kg (with etap and powermeter) and the RSL 51 wheelset, but I fear it is not.
Also, does anyone know the weight of the cockpit? Is it much heavier than the RSL?
Thanks
As an owner of the previous generation Madone SLR, the new Propel looks lot more interesting and well rounded than this Madone.

So, the DuraAce with the weight differences of the groupset, wheels, saddle,.it looks like 7.1kg.
Deep smoke looks like the lightest colour you can get.
