@ velov

Thanks! I have my existing designs, and I am working on new ones and I can also make custom parts on request. If you have a simple handmade drawing of something I can probably model and print it.

Thank you! :)

I purchased 2 pairs of the ultralight bar end plugs and they are top notch. Great stuff!

Hi there!
First of all congratulations on the setup! It looks really neat!
It makes me want to buy a 3D printer for myself, but for the moment I can't justify buying one.
I was wondering if you would do a mount for the Garmin Varia Radar on an S-Works with SWAT mounting points saddle.
Similar to this one:

This one would be ok to me if not for Shapeways shipping costs which are damn right outrageous! It costs almost as much as the product itself.
I've sent a bike fork overseas some weeks ago for less than what they charge.
I even complained to them, but they just told me there is a discount for first-time buyers

Hello, and thank you!

I could make this. The garmin mount tray would have to be an injection moulded piece for dimensional accuracy and wear resistance. The tray would be fastened with screws to the 3D-printed part using heat inserts.

Also a flatter design would be much stronger when 3D-printed.

There are already a tonne of products like this though and just googling it I found this has already been done exactly as I would have liked to do it;

Thanks, I actually didn't remember to check on Etsy, good call!
The reason for a "pushed back" mounting point is due to this:

I would like to keep the saddle bag and still be able to have the radar in front of it (or behind it depending on how you look at it).

I have been working on this bicycle wall mount design for a long time, and I finanlly decided it was time to print it.

It is designed for Speedplay pedals specifically, but the pedal holder can be sized up to fit any pedal system.
Image

The wheel holders have a lightweight and strong honeycomb pattern.
Image

The pedal holder is printed in carbon fiber reinforced nylon and the wheel holders in ABS.
Image

I run tubulars with latex inners and they'll go flat in a matter of days and the weight will transfer to the pedal holder more and more, thus the choice of carbon fiber reinforced nylon for the pedal holder.

We went through 3 iterations, but now, the bottle cage fairing for Cannondale Systemsix fits perfectly.

Thank you Lucendi.
