Just ordered a pair of these to try out.

Wheel build will be as follows:

Tactic TR01 hubs - 24/24H - Shimano Freehub - 215g
Enve 5.6 Disc rim front - 54mm - 454.5g
Enve 5.6 Disc rim rear - 63mm - 483.8g
Sapim CX-Ray SP spokes x 48 - 230g (approximate)
Sapim alloy nipples x 48 - 16.8g

Total - 1,400.01g

Would love to get these under 1,400g, but we shall see...
Nice

How is the dealer price on these compared to DT180 for custom builds? Retail consumer price seems pretty close

Didnt check them yet as I'm still waiting for new hoops to have them relaced. And now wintertime so not much hurry yet. I will update if I have them relaced on the new hoops. That said I have had almost never issues with hubs

I have the wheels this week relaced to a new set of dukes baccara x wheels and we will have checked the wear.
They have now done something like 3000-3500km or so.
But the same goes for Extralite stuff etc How reliable are those if you push hard ? I heard that they where not the best in coping with high torque

Some people seem to be able to destroy everything whatever you give them 😂

I had my collarbone broken and road rash on my full left side. Not because a failed component but due to stupidity of a mechanic that didn't properly fix the preload on my crank and cause my chain to run of at 50km/h when sprinting.

I'll be curious to hear how they hold up for you.

For the price, I'd expect them to be better than Extralite!

You can! Just swap those Sapim CX-Ray by Alpina Hyperlite spokes. From head you will shave some 50g on those!

I've assembled a pair of AR46 light rims with Alpina spokes, Extralite SP-X SP-rear Hubs and Pillar light nipples. Without tape they came up a shade less than 1200g

I'm thinking for a while now on replacing the 176 rear hub on my 303s wheels for a Carbon-Ti one, just to try to put my 795 Blade RS near the 7800g mark, but I can't seem to find Zipp's 303s hub real weight for comparison. Does anyone have that insight?
