Currently my favorite bike is actually one of my older ones.....my Speedvagen Steel mit Rim Brakes. Just handles beautifully, and climbs and descents fantastically.

Worse bike in my collection ....... and keeping in mind it is against some stiff competition......is my SL7. I so prefered the SL6.

As seen on the picture it stands at 6.5kg. Not lightweight.....but was aiming for 8kg....So I should be okay.

Amazing bike. Used to ride FSA's integrated bars on road and CX bikes, so my only quible - and this is purely a personal observation - would be the angle of the drops of the integrated handlebar. These days with traditional stem, I tend to angle my bars such that the angle of the drops is a bit more aligned with the slope of the top tube. :smartass: :beerchug:

Looks fantastic. Did you do the build yourself? If so, how was the cable routing and installation of the BB. Were the tolerance all okay, or a bit fidley.

Plus did you put a headset shim to have easier movement of the stem?

Any other advice when building it up?

No my LBS did the build... nothing else added to headset... all I'll say is Tom loves a tight tolerance.. BB went in fine, had some fiddly bits on spacing to get cranks right and spacing for pedals.. also there is a nuance about tightening Ti against Ti and how it reacts... I suspect the bike will settle over a few rides...

Popped to see Tom today just so he could give it a quick once over, luckily I'm only just over an hour away... lovely guy as ever...
