Man, those wheels are pretty sweet looking for an all-out state of the art build. The weight combined with the hooked rims is a big plus. If I could justify a cost-no-object build, these would for sure be at or near the top of my list for wheels.

Hello,
I am interested in those wheels but they seem unavailable for now. And no review to be found anywhere. What's going on?

Mavic remains in terrible financial shape and I wouldn’t be trying to buy any of their products right now.

That's a risk indeed. I read that they were building a new factory/headquarters in Annecy and that the move was expected in Dec. Maybe they will start production then.

45mm deep and 1225g? Seems too good to be true unless it's hookless.
Unfortunately it is too good to be true

They revised the weight on their site to 1255g before deleting the product listing altogther

1255g sounds still good to me...

Especially if there is no need for tape

1255g is really heavy for vaporware.

Thee wheels have completely vanished from the Mavic web site - was it a quality issue? Anyone know?

They have been tested in last Tour Magazin (see the thread Wheel Lab-test) with impressive results, with an updated rim (45*28), tested on the last Female-TDF. They are now called "COSMIC ULTIMATE 45 DISC 2023"
Guess the website hasn't yet been updated but they are already visible from their tech data-base https://technicalmanual.mavic.com/tech- ... ronu=30875
