Is that bad. I charge all kind of equipment daily or every few days, do this won't bother me
They could even make a small lightweight "race" battery with half the size of this and I would still be ok with it

Well, 750km isn't that much. Averaging 30km/h, that makes it last only 25h. In parctice, you'll be charging it as often as your garmin 1030/1040. Never had that with any Di2 system, neither with Sram. Sram states 60h for the AXS; by my experience, it's about right.

well cycling weekly gave it a bad review. slow noisy shifting/ugly looks/expensive/heavy. the big black mark the front and rear batteries are not interchangeable.
the crankset options are idiotice for a PURE racing group. no pro will ride a 50/34. WTF. Sram learned this lesson 3 years ago.
so all the predictions made last year came true. utter disaster.

for the unfamiliar, can you explain the gear ratio change pros/cons?spartan wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 1:16 pmwell cycling weekly gave it a bad review. slow noisy shifting/ugly looks/expensive/heavy. the big black mark the front and rear batteries are not interchangeable.

For me the top line here is the gearing choices!!? Am I the only one shocked by seeing a 45/29 and the largest offer being 50/34?
Perhaps they've realized that in order to have a selling point over Shimano and SRAM who were first to the wireless game, they have to be much much lighter. Very interested to see if they actually achieved it, and what the efficiency costs of this are.

I'm sure there will be pro only 53*39 chainrings in the future if Campagnolo continues to sponsor a World Tour team.

Been killing me to sit on this one. Here's my thoughts on the new groupo https://escapecollective.com/farewell-t ... -wireless/
They would probably have to make other cassettes as well, because 39/29 is not at all a low gearing compared to what you can get with Shimano's 34T DA cassette (which we know is being used by a lot of pros). If they are gonna invest in all this for pro teams, why not just make it available to consumers?MasterBean wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 1:23 pmI'm sure there will be pro only 53*39 chainrings in the future if Campagnolo continues to sponsor a World Tour team.

The new release in a nutshell from BikeRadar:
8 things you need to know about Campagnolo Super Record Wireless
1. Super Record Wireless is 12-speed
2. Campagnolo has ditched the iconic thumb shifter and introduced a new shifting logic
3. There are three cassette options, all starting with a smaller 10t cog
4. The front and rear derailleurs are claimed to shift faster than Super Record 12 EPS
5. Due to the smaller 10t cog, Campagnolo is offering smaller chainring sizes
6. Super Record Wireless inherits Campagnolo’s ProTech bottom bracket system, first found on its Ekar gravel groupset
7. Campagnolo has finally introduced a quick link to its 12-speed chain
8. The brand says it will not be developing an updated mechanical Super Record groupset

Weights are already published on their webpage, I am amazed noone looked? Weight of levers is ridiculous, 745g vs. 339g for SR mech rim. I got to 2,231g for the group without discs and not sure whether batteries are included in weights of deraileurs.
Oh lol, i just realised the largest gear you have is a 50/10. For some reason i assumed they'd change the rear sizes to get you the range.Bobbyc123 wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 1:18 pmfor the unfamiliar, can you explain the gear ratio change pros/cons?spartan wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 1:16 pmwell cycling weekly gave it a bad review. slow noisy shifting/ugly looks/expensive/heavy. the big black mark the front and rear batteries are not interchangeable.

campy claimed going to micro drive gearing ( ala suntour 1980's) would build out the lightest groupset. did some rough calcuations and dura ace is still the lightest. use a lighter crankset and it is not even close.
for 5k plus campy could not give us titanium cogs WTH
Weight: 210 g (10-25)
Options: 10-25, 10-27, 10-29
