I don't know if there is a difference between measurements on the F1 vs. F1s. I sold my SL7 awhile back so can't compare to F1s. Sorry. But FarSports does respond to questions.

Hey, just throwing this out there. I have a brand new Farsports F1s 38cm x 120mm with the spacer set for 31.8 (1 1/4") steerer for sale. New never installed. I ended up selling the bike I was going to put it on. In SoCal DM if interested. Great price $325.00

I'm assuming you meant 1 1/8" steerer ? I may be interested for my R5 although I'd need to order the dust cover from Farsports since they make a specific spacer kit.

Hello guys, today in a sprint (i'm not that big of a sprinter - 900w 1s xD) against a friend i heard a loud crack on my handlebar. When i got home i noticed that tha handlebar is completely broken on the hole for the cables. Anyone have any experience regarding the warranty claim for the handlebar?

I'm keeping my fingers crossed because in my opinion Farsports is not the best at warranty stuff.
On mine, a chunk of carbon fibre chipped off where the bolt was attached - this area was just badly prepared/uneven.

All I heard was that it was a visual aspect and it was safe to ride. The only thing they can offer is a discount on another handlebar.

I still have mixed feelings.

Jeez, not sure my sprinter friend should get these bars with his 1400w sprint then... That sounds quite unsafe :(

Glad to hear your failure wasn't catastrophic.

Hi WW

Has anyone had any success removing the silver stripe on the bar? It’s quite stubborn - any suggestions?

Mine looks like it's starting to peel off.

If it's plastic printed one, it will be far from durable. The printed plastic is not dense enough, and after a while it will be compressed. My printed plastic reducers (4.8g), whose thickness was 1.62-1.64 mm, decreased to 1.45-1.50 mm thickness after only 4 months use.

I am surpised your's even lasted that long. Mine lasted about a week before I had to crank the binder tighter. Being out there exposed to the summer sun might have something to do with it. Needless to say, unless it's SLS or MJF printed with Nylon or other engineer plastic, I would not use FDM printed reducers.

That was during winter to early spring, so always on trainer. It was at the first ride after the indoor time that I found the stem loose fit, so who knows how long it actually lasted.

I had mine on since April and so far it's been fine.
And if it goes loose, I'll just print another one. It takes 15 minutes.
