Just slammed mine damn hard and not sure if too much on a size 54. But it looks so beautiful so no going back now.
Did you slam it hard based on your fit or what you can tolerate, or for appearances in photos?

My thoughts as well, the options for -6 or -12 were made available for better fitting for individuals. long arms, short arms, long torso, short torso, you get the idea.. Even Remco is on a -6 110mm stem if i recall correctly. Better to give it 1 or 2 long rides before you really commit to it. Enjoying the ride with minimal discomfort is more important.

For the photos. A good looking bike is a good bike.
But I do like ride aggressive bikes although my belly is too big :D new Pro bar with 130mm classic drops definitely feels, it is very low. Feels good on the hoods but can't tell what a +8 hours ride will do

@niftyz i cut it last night before bedtime. But yeah, could always go with a -6/7 stem instead of -12 worst case scenario

Finally received my size 42 Roval "Rapide" handlebars for my SL7, and man it looks so much better with the cable integration now! :D Mine no longer has the Rapide logo printed on the front though, just 2x Roval. Indication that the integrated bar/stem that is coming will be named "Roval Rapide" instead?

I'm not sure, because my LBS received and installed them for me. According to this vid they should be included with the rapide though:

Do you think the SL7 would be the perfect n=1 bike, or shall I seriously consider the Aethos? I test rode the latter and was amazed by it, but I have never tried the SL7.

Cant answer you specifically but got the Venge thinking light aero bike that could be made light could be n=1 for a pure roadie and was disappointed in the way it felt compared to past bikes I've been on like the previous foil. Just didn't have that alive feeling the foil did especially when the grade increased. A decent bit of people recommend aero bikes that can be made light like the latest Foil and Aeroad as being able to do it all but if they climb like the Venge, I think the SL7 is likely the better n=1

Aren't those tune things for MTB's? Anyway I'm a long-time fan of the Specialized rib cage, so no way! ;-) edit: hmmm they are very light though

Philippos set is already ordered, just not as deep (45mm).
