That looks good. I have a couple of gripes with the carbon works one. I've also had trouble with it loosening. I'm using locktite now so hopefully that improves it. But it came loose half way along a 70 mile ride which was annoying. Secondly I find the shaft a little long. It's not too bad, but even using my wahoo roam which is quite a big computer it's a bit long.
The one above looks like the mounting area is a lot bigger which can only be a good thing.
Fully agree with you. My CW mount came loose twice, and finally the tiny screw broke into half shared in my earlier post here. Locktite may be a temporary solution, but I have not came across any other mounts that requires any form of lubricants to make it secured.
Gave up on CW mount, hope this new mount will work better at a fractionof CW price.

@TurboTommy, I can't reply you in PM as I'm not eligible to reply PM yet. But I'll share my review here and where to get it after it's been delivered to me next week.

Great ... I am also looking fwd to your review. Hope it works. Painful to have a great looking stem/handlebar but w/o a mount for the Wahoo (and my lights, I like it mounted below the computer)

Hi guys.
Sorry for the problems with our first CarbonWorks THM mount.
We have a new version now.
Two screws instead of one. Much stronger and even lighter. Short and long version available.
If anyone has problems with his old one please contact me via our homepage or email. We can replace or upgrade to the new version.

Hi Simon, great to hear that. I will ask the LBS whom I bought the mount to contact you.
Unfortunately the undermount for GoPro or Cateye light is still not available in this newer version.

Overall quality is good. The bracket that comes with 2 screw holes win CW hands down. This is how the bracket should be designed instead of a miserable tiny screw and paper thin bracket.
Don't have an electronic scale but using my trusted kitchen scale, it tip the scale at about 22g give or take.
Completely satisfied with this mount. Will give a few rides to see how it goes.
Useless for me. Even though I'm screwing rather tight the 2 small screws the mount slides to the bottom as soon as you pass small bumps on the road.
I'm afraid I've wasted my money...
I hope the carbonworks works better than this one
