I've no experience w/ Shimano wireless, but I did just run a R8150 wired rim brake install last month, and it was easy. I personally don't see much benefit from wireless in the common case. I spent the last season riding it in stock config and could get around 2200 km on one charge. Will be rebuilding the bike soon and wondering if adding the wires is worth it.
Also is it just a case of plugging in 2 SD-300 wires - 1) To connect the shifters between each other 2) To connect one of the shifters with the battery? Any better/more elegant solutions such as a Y-splitter?

Btw anyone figured out how to quiet down the buzzing shifter? My left shifter is making this buzz noise while going over slighlty rought road at 20-22mph and it is getting worse.

It appears to only affect the 12-speed Dura-Ace rear derailleur. The issue is at certain gear combinations and at specific cadence - that's how mine showed up - the chain comes into contact with the chain guard on the RD cage.
