Weighed my fame today with nothing but bottom bracket bearings and cir clips, came in at 1284grams for size 51 Disc, guessing 50 grams for bearings and clips.

just weighed my CAAD13 rim frame:
frame 54 (with deraileaure hanger only) 1254g
fork (uncut) 390g

I bought a size 54 CAAD13 disc frameset, and was able to weigh the bare frame with nothing on it. It weighs 1260g.

The uncut fork weighs 418g.
