Sizing question for the seat post. Based on the pictures, a 350mm should be fine right? Specialized says 75mm minimum insertion for their seatpost. Using the bolt for a starting point, the 350mm would give me ~105-110mm, using the rails, it's probably ~95-100mm.

Yes the maximum length out of the the frame for a 350mm darimo seatpost is 265mm yours looks like 245mm or 24.5cm from the photo.
So yes to 350mm

Was Trentin using a Darimo post today? If so, what has happened here?

Looks just like mine, with the front bar broken in half. Perhaps I put too much torque (4NM)? I had to ride the bike without a saddle for 7km to home, all uphill. I loosened the one on my other bike and thus far no saddle slip. Keeping fingers crossed. Darimo has sent me a replacement.

I recently broke the screw on my IX2 carbon stem. The screw that's clamping onto the steerer. Do you guys know the size/dimenion of the screw I need? I messaged darimo but they are busy as usual, no responses yet :(

Question for owners of a T1 classic seatpost: what’s the horizontal distance between the top rail clamps (outside to outside)? Is this distance larger for D-shaped T1 aero posts?

Trying to figure out if I can use the inline version of this with a Selle Italia saddle with a narrow clamping range.

has anyone looked into swapping out darimo's existing bolts on the seat to tiatnium ones, to further reduce the weight while maintaining overal integrity/strength?

That does help, thanks! I was hoping it was less, but it's very close to what I expected.
