Nice! Here is mine. Same color different braking system.
Sadly my bike was stolen two weeks ago in Limburg the Netherlands....
So if any of you notice a great deal on an Allez Sprint with 38cm handlebars, negative stem, powermeter, FFWD wheels, Pro stealth saddle and brand new cassette/chain it was mine

I am in the exact same situation - initially, I was told by my LBS that the new framesets would arrive in May - which is now and not new ETA unfortunately.
The last day of May is here and the delivery date seems to have been removed from the systems - in other words: no ETA and/or visibility on when these frames will become available.
Aside from the frustration of not being able to build up my frame, I wonder what the root causes are that none of the framesets seem to be available anywhere other than the remainders from previous years, and what this means for Specialized's cash flow.

2 questions for you.
Is that the standard mount for the varia? I was wondering if it would work with the venue seatpost.
Is it fully internal? Usually you always see the front brake line running down but I see nothing.

You have a good eye mathieur
The varia mount adapter came with the varia itself and the cables are fully internal. I just finished the build other day. Might be a first for the og allez series. I have a before and after for you

That's amazing! I have a similar Allez and my only real reason to "upgrade" was for the clean aesthetic of internal cabling. Now I know I won't have too. I'll also be ordering the varia as well now that I know that.

New revised date for the 2023 frameset (size 56) has been updated to w/c July 17th.

How did you hide the brake cables inside the frame? Is the frame made for internal routing?

Just finished
Is that that the Down Under paint job? Looks really slick
That's right, it's the 2020 TDU Edition frame. It's my first Allez. I can't believe how fast this thing is

Not made for internal routing. You have to drill a hole in the steerer big enough for the hydraulic hose and di2 cable. Then you need to find a steerer plug that's capable of letting 2 hydraulic hoses and a di2 cable through. The rest is in the handlebar. You need a handlebar that routes through the top section of the stem area into the steerer tube. There are only a handful on the market that can do this. With this you can essentially convert any bike into fully integrated
