Sram red axs 12 rear derailleur acting strange (keeps moving after shift)

Today during a ride my rear derailleur started shifting up and back down when riding over bumpy road. When I got home I checked and the derailleur kept moving a little after a shift (when wheel not installed you can see it moving, with wheel installed you can only hear the derailleur doing an effort). Also it didn't shift outboard to the largest cog, only when using the micro adjust to far outboard (didn't shift properly anymore on the other cogs and not into the smallest).
Any idea what this causes and how to fix it?

Videos of a bike trying to shift without the cassette and pedals rotating are meaningless. I've seen several of these videos. Ridiculous.

Obviously the derailleur does the same when there is a cassette and pedaling, only there is no movement visible, only noise.

I had something similar happend once and it was caused by some small rocks jammed inbetween the paralellogram, preventing it from moving to the biggest cogs. The derailleur tried to shift but, gave up and went back down.

I am also looking for some help please, would you mind to please take a look to the attached video?

My chain is jumping a bit, I don’t know if this is the cause of the noise that my transmission is making.

Video is ilustrative.

Micro adjust one click of R side paddle and see what that does. Pedaling forward of course.
