Afternoon all

title says it all really, looking for some suggestions to drop the weight on my tri bike - its just over 9kgs at the moment. Appreaciate that position helps and i have had a fit from erosports to try and get my position dialled in better.

My current set up is:
Argon18 E117 (2019) non disc brake
Reynolds aero 65 wheels
Ultegra Di2 throughout
Profile Design Wingbar 10c and arm extensions
Kalloy Stem
KMC SL 11 speed chain
ISM saddle

Personally I think its the cockpit thats bumping up the weight a bit but not really sure what to go for as I've not really had any experience with any other brands other than Profile Design
TIA

A cheap move is to replace the Ultegra crankset with a Red 22 one. More expensive to use a Clavicula and replace the wheels with Hypers. I bet that saddle is heavy. If you can find a really light one that fits...

Those wheels are decent, I wouldn't bother replacing them.

Whilst you're on the groupset, switching the Ultegra cassette for a SRAM Red one would also save weight.
The bike is PF30 so S Works and Hollowgram cranks are other lightweight options you can use.

Tires , tubes , dura ace chain and saddle will save some weight.
