handlebar received just 10 days after they sent it.

Perfect quality, no apparent extra flex. will weigh it but they said 260gr is 380 x 110mm

just flexes a bit (same or even less than darimo elipse) if you push both hoods inwards (which you never do while riding)
255gr real scale

What's the difference between the Canary & Falcon? 30-40g/size and the Falcon being stiffer?
Falcon supposedly has a deeper section on the tops. Canary is also has slightly flared drops while the Falcon has straight drops, and the Canary also has a narrower width (340mm) and longer stem (140mm) option than the Falcon. Lastly, the Canary has slightly different finishing on the routing holes, for example the Falcon has in-molded cable exit holes in the underside of the tops, while the Canary's seem to be cut-out.

So my falcon 2 seem rather stiff on the stand. Routing was a nightmare. and I'm still not done because I cut a hose somewhere in the bars.

I wouldn't buy these again due to hit/miss quality and barely existent CS.

What torque did you use on the stem bolts?
i have new sounds coming from my bike which may come from the falcons ...
The 8 NM printed on the bars seem a bit excessive?

Are you saying that in 2 months and 10 days, a small company in China has taken your request for a cannondale spacer replacement, updated the design based on your feedback, produced a new bespoke replacement part, and shipped it across the Pacific ocean so it is now in your hands? Did you pay anything for the new spacer?

Obviously, your experience sounds like a major headache, but if we consider what the competition is doing, you're telling us that Avian is more responsive and willing to right their wrongs compared to 80-90% of their competitors, and I say that while Avian is definitely not a perfect company, they seem to be taking themselves quite seriously.

That is a bit optimistic view; It's not like it's the first handlebar sold for a Cannondale.
I ve heard complaints con the adapter before.

My Falcon is on its way over; will report back on what I get, particularly on the adapter.

Nope.

- Avian designed and manufactured a part that they claimed would fit a supersix, but that could not possibly work. i.e. they didn't do any testing or quality control of the part but claimed that the part fitted
- People complained about this part so they designed and manufactured a different part
- Here's where I come in - I bought a bar but they shipped the older, incorrect part
- I told them within one day of receiving the bar that the part didn't fit
- They had the new part in stock, but It took them two months and ten days to get it to me

Awful company. Do not buy their bars.

I don't know. I'm not going to do a full cable re-route to take a chance on it not fitting.

Last year I bought a Canary from them, my 3D printed Spacer cracked after a few weeks - contacted them because of that - they said they have a new designed and stronger Spacerset and they will ship it for free to Germany. Received within 12 days but the better and optimized C-Ring was missing, contacted again and they shipped the C-Ring within 8 days to Germany. I am only positive about this company, fast reply and they keep their promises.

FYI

I got a cracked steerer on my Propel, thanks to the 8Nm required on the Falcon II clamp. So I think I'm done now with these.
