IG Sport IGS630 Computer. Learnt about it from Peak Torque video, checked out the specs, found someone local selling it for 70usd, jumped on it. The buttons on my Garmin 530 disintegrated a long while back and I was quite tired of waiting for 540 to appear.

It made the 530 seemed so primitive. Sync it to your phone and you can change any part of the display on the unit through the app. Very fast GPS fix on startup, buttons wouldn't disintegrate for sure, and the price is less than half of my 530.

Nice

I think computers are one of the really over priced sectors & one need to look beyond the big two Garmin & Wahoo
Like you I had used Garmin for years & then same as you my button fell apart

Went to Bryton been happy for many years now with price/performance & especially 30+ hour battery life between charges

Picked up a (what appears to be the last new) pair of Shamal Milles for the rim brake bike. A little disappointed in the weight. Was hoping for them to come in under 1500 grams. Maybe I should've gone with the Mavic R-Sys SLR.

Nice. Mine came in 1471g (634/837). But, even though these Shamal spokes are not particular aero, they are not stopping you like the R-Sys. So if you are going for speed, exept on +10degree climbs, you have made the right choice (between those two wheelset). This wheelset also comes with wider inner width (even though not that wide these days) which gives a better foundation for tire performance.

Indeed! I'm a fan of nologo.cc socks since I got my first pair in 2019.

DMT KRSL Knit (508g in size 45). Super soft upper, haven't ridden in them. Kind of worried about the heel lift but people have said it disappears on the bike.
