I don't know who the hell is packing shit at 100%, but just about every outer packaging of my items arrived beat up as hell with almost no cushioning paper/plastic popper. Never seen anything like this
For once not for me but for the daughter
No objective to make something stupidly expensive but for kids that are less than 30kg, some parts are boat anchors... but we start well it doesn't have a bad suspension fork.
- foldable tires (cut 600g from 732 to 430g/tire!) 2” so cut the tractor 2.6 ones...
- need to find something to replace the 270g tubes
- replace the non adjustable saddle-seatpost combo that she doesn’t like (the saddle being a personal thing seems to apply to kids too)… will use the Cannondale save i have taking dust somewhere save since it’s a 25.4 and need to find a kid saddle
- will see if I can find a old cheap XT cassette cause the original one is a 400g+ brick.

Alloy wheel build. Mostly for the travel bike and also for those soggy wet winter rides. Will be built up with cxray and cxsprint DS rear. Should be sub 1500g.
New Boyd cycling rims 20/24 hole. 21mm internal width.
Novatec AS511SB FS522SB hubs. These have become my go to hub. Great durability, easy maintenance, and ok weight.

A used SRAM Red rear derailleur, I thought I would bring down from 143g to 100 or less but after reading through the threads dealing with this, I already regret it, even without receiving it, as it is too much work and not just one or two bits but a lot of 1, 2, 3 g savings adding up.

Mix and match 12sp Di2 I picked up for a killer deal IMO.
Dura-Ace levers
Ultegra RD
105 FD
105 Disc Calipers
Ultegra cassette
105 chain
Battery and 2 wires
All together $722 shipped to my front door. Could have saved $100 by going with Ultegra levers but I couldn't pass the opportunity for Dura-Ace at that price. And I can upgrade parts later as I see fit.

Crazy deal for 12 speed di2.
I picked up a couple of spare 9000 front brakes for 20 dollars each and SRAM Red AXS brakeset for 50 combined.
Also, that previous shipment, yeah they boxed it like complete crap, but I just found they also sent some free goodies by accident... Single order double shipment? lol, so incompetent
