A well spent 30€, I should have done it ages ago. Gives the answer to adjust the position, ensure saddle, seat back, levers are absolutely perfect or take measurement between 2 bikes.
Yes but as these were designed for stationary objects/building etc you need to replicate a perfect vertical position of your movable bike each time
Indeed, it requires a bit of set up, then largely offset by how quick and accurate each measures are.

A pair of Conti 5000 S TR 28 mm tyres. I don't need them right now, but as the availability has not been very good, purchased them for later.

I was actually surprised that all sizes were available in a local shop and the price was cheaper than in the German shops I usually use.

Continuing my adventures in wider tyres, today a pair of Schwalbe Pro Ones in the new and hard to find 34mm width. They are rather grandly (over)packaged with a dark outer box and an orange inner box. I weighed one of them at 363g. Looking forward to finding out what a 34mm Pro One rides like and whether I'll retain road speed while also being able to tackle dry light gravel without worry.

Juin Tech GT for some tuning/weight savings thanks to the information contributed by you guys. Got Ashima Aineon 160mm rotors and Aican Bungarus brake cables too.

All 5 bolts on those calipers can be replaced with ti.
The two main bolts and the cable bolt are M6, the actuator pivot bolt is usually M4, and the pad retainer bolt is std. shimano.
I've gotten these calipers down to 115g. w/o pads.
Then try titanium-backed pads.
