workstand with (angle) adjustable arm

I'm looking for a ("non-clamp") workstand (currently I have a Parktool PRS-20) which has an adjustable arm so the bike can be set to level -- which is helpful when mounting the saddle (or handlebar) in the right position.

So far I only found the Topeak PrepStand X but that's not available anymore(?) from the usual sites in Germany - are there any good alternatives (if so: which)?
