It was going on some spanish social media a while ago.
The Ferrari driver posted this first one where he passed very close to the cyclist and there was some arguing.
Later on he and his girl kept posting video talking negatively about cyclists on the road and I think they ended up having some problems with police as well for their behaviour but I can't remember exactly.
Perhaps some spanish members in this forum recall the whole thing.
