11sp bike on 12sp cassette Kickr?

Can I use an 11sp bike (Shimano 105) on a 12sp Sram Force cassette on a kickr v5? I know it's not ideal but it's for my wife, she does not need to shift gears and only pedals for two or three times a week, 30' each. Is there a gearing combination that will allow this? No Zwifting, it's just set a resistance of 80W and pedal while listening to some music.
I know it's not ideal, I bet I will find a few gear combinations that work, but wanted to hear your thoughts.
