Weight Weenies

Me and GF are going to be spending a couple of weeks in Girona in early Jan. Will be taking our gravel bikes with two sets of wheels.

Have got a few good road routes (rocacorba, els angles, Tossa de mar coast road), but currently a bit light on gravel routes. Have seen a few on the service course kamoot, but any other recommendations? Trails / areas to avoid?

I will be in Girona for Christmas and will ride 2 days of road + 2 days of gravel. I've created a collection of over 30 gravel "tours" in Komoot by copying other people's Strava rides and also drawing my own with the help of Komoot segments, of which there are tons.

Overall, Gavarres is a nice and hilly area near the city. For a flat ride head out to Empordá in the east and make a coffee stop at the Rustik Empordá bakery & cafe. Also some nice roads in the area around the airport.
