Ryan, thank you, nice report!
I think you inserted the wrong profile into the Méribel-Megève stage
It was me warning you about la Loze. Courchevel/Méribel put in the paved road to stimulate summer tourism, to attract roadies, and the steep sections were added as a bonus. Then they advertised it through the TdF. It's all a bit unfortunate, there are so many nicer roads in the Alps.

Excellent write up. Which hotel option did you choose? I'm looking at doing this next year and the choices imply a high level of quality. I can sleep anywhere, so not important other than expectations and value. Any tips or advice for prospective HR participants?
