Ive always said every good movie has a bike in it but not every movie with a bike is good.
There might actually be enough cycling movies and docs to make a "must watch" list. So, lets do it.
My favorite is Breaking Away

"this goes to 11" Nigel Tufnel
Dont move to Austin

Enjoyed Icarus, never really got into The Least Expected Day though. I am looking forwards to what Netflix has planned for their cycling focused version of Drive to Survive.

As I sit here eating breakfast to head out to a 12 hour event one movie comes to mind. American Flyers.

Obviously, it's Breaking Away, but The Triplets of Belleville is a fun watch.

Breaking Away has the most memorable scene.

Frame pump anyone?

How many netflix docs are there? I was only around for the Movistar one. And are they viewable in the States?
Gonna have to watch the Triplets of Belleville again
Still havent seen Premium Rush. Will add it to the list.

I gotta see that Frank Vandenbrouke documantary. Everyone needs a reminder of what art in motion looks like.

Breaking Away is truely a great movie on multiple levels. It gets forgotten sometimes but deserves all the credit it can get.
I will have to watch Triplets again.
GCN has some interesting stuff too. Im glad to see how far they have come. I remember when GCN was new it was a bit sketchy.
