Not a race bike, but aggresive geometry and designed to be the perfect winter bike for UK conditions, Kinesis *used* to make the 4S racelight frameset. Now sadly discontinued but the (alloy) frames are available cheap in a few places, and with the matching Kinesis fend-off mudguards they're incredible for a wet weather bike.
