May be RT99 is better with mud clearance? Same as he is using prototype spd pedals
Not sure about 50% black+50% red colors - under mud it is not as nice as 100% red Laurens Sweck's Canyon
Why he is using 4 finger braking?

The SM-RT900 picks up more debris than the RT99 due to the larger surface area. This debris tends to get stuck in the calipers, also on a road bike on a murky day. That's easy to hear.
