Its a different pattern to the Quartz and Antracite - closer to the Fortoni (raw cut sleeves).

IMHO these new Assos designs are not great. The idea with dots in various scales is fine but the final design is... bad.

Personally I think I like the design, may have to add one of those to the collection.

I have to agree. The black and white almost works...The rest, I'm not a fan at all.

I would not wear any of those, not even if Assos paid me to do so. I don't want to say more, it's difficult to put into words how awful they look.

I'm still on the hunt for more brands with minimalistic, subtle styling. I'm also looking for some more gravel oriented kit (I appreciate most kit is transferable, I tend to wear sport wool gear for gravel (like Torm.cc (highly recommended). I strongly recommend not wearing Q36.5 for offroad usage, at least in the UK with narrower trails, unfortunately the fabric is a little delicate with brushing against bushes etc.

After a year+ now I can firmly recommend the Q36.5 kit. Absolutely love the L1 jersey. The technical fabric is something else and lives up to the claims. I do wish we could get some variations on the neon red/green accents around zips etc though.

I have a couple of Cafe Du Cycliste jerseys now too, but I'm not a massive fan of the fit, their measuring models are clearly a broad shouldered model. With Cafe, If you need to size up, the neck becomes this monstrously large wind catcher (so be careful on fit).

Santini kit is looking quite good as of late.

The Redux, Sleek99 and Soffio look OK. I miss jerseys that had a small collar; seems to be a thing of the past.

Just discovered Vertex - https://www.vertexlondon.com/collections/all-jerseys - Some nice subtle jerseys here, not sure on quality or materials yet, will investigate further.

My Santini Sleek 99 jersey is rapidly becoming my favourite, comparing it to Rapha, Castelli and La Passione. Race fit is certainly that. I didn't size up so it is a true aero jersey I guess, in a restrained design. Was cheaper than Rapha, Castelli and La Passione too. Will buy again, and they are a brand with a long history if that makes a difference.

The sleek jersey is very sleek indeed! I had tried it and it is for the very fit (slim) riders.
Santini are still made in Italy so they seem even cheaper considering others, more expensive, are made in Romania or Bulgaria.

They might not be glamorous, but the new Decathlon (Van Rysel) jerseys have a quite nice/subtle design. On quality I can't comment yet, and I understand some might be too posh to wear them, but to be honest they cost not much more than Spexcel..

It's just Decathlon's own brand. What used to be Btwin, now with a "cooler" branding.

Does anyone know of any sports fabric manufacturers/wholesalers? I'm thinking of making some of my own jerseys.
