Quite vague answer, have to admit. Not saying anything, but for instance Thomas Cook, for those not familiar with this brand, the world's oldest tour company, they were still taking holiday bookings even couple of hours before announcing insolvency....

Yes, and you must now charge gears from a USB port, alongside cigarettes and books. Funny old world. :D :D :D

TLDR: Lightweight Gipfelsturm has been discontinued, with no replacement.

Given that this thread contains the most recent information, from 2019, about the status and plans for Lightweight subsequent to its parent filing for self-administrated restructuring at court, I am linking to relevant posts in another thread

Has Lightweight Gipfelsturm (formerly known as Ventoux) been discontinued?

Some shops still list them, but they are no longer on the Lightweight website https://lightweight.info/en/road-bike/wheels/overview

Reply from Lightweight:
The Gipfelsturm just went out of production with the beginning of the new year. Another wheelset with a lower rim height would be our Wegweiser EVO. However this one is only available as a disc brake version.
However, Weweiser EVO is tubeless, not tubular, and is much heavier than Gipfelsturm. So I would say it is not a replacement at all for Gipfeslturm.

Once again, Lightweight Meilenstein 24 tubular rim brake wins Olympics with Richard Carapaz.
You don´t stop riding when you get old, you get old when you stop riding.
