Any questions please ask
I will post more pictures when I pack for travel.
This looks great, thanks for taking the time post all the photos. Could you post the weight when you've been through the airport, interested to see how much lighter the final version is than the prototype. I actually think that packing as much kit in with the bike as possible will also help prevent it from moving around as well as the straps and there seems like a lot of space around the frame for that.
I'm surprised your seatpost didn't fit. Mine was really close to fitting at 76cm from BB. I'm also pleased to see that there seems like a lot more space between the crush poles for bigger tyres. It was fairly tight getting one road wheel into that space, no way I could have fit two like you've managed.
Hey kofsw4
Currently sat At London Luton Airport Mallorca bound for two weeks

.
Box all packed.
Managed to leave the saddle and post in, it just fits so will be suprised anyone with a larger frame would be able to leave it in.
One wheel bag underneath the frame and one on top as Josh from Shokbox said.
Added the derailleur in the box some additional padding as I'm paranoid a hoody and some shoes.
Box weighed in at the airport at 27.9kgs
My bike is well packed with no pedals no rotors no chain so should be 6kgs ish plus box 13.5kgs so thought it would be lighter to be honest so will weigh case when I return.
Packed nice and easy but like the bike box Alan Pro it is a bit cumbersome.
Obviously with some practice runs the box I found is very easy to pack, lets see if it gets to the other end in one piece! lol.
