Non-compressive winter tights

I'm trying to find a pair of warm winter tights that are not compressive.

My issue is a lack of cartlidge behind my left knee cap - it causes no issues with high volume, high power output etc. but it presents itself quite painfully when I wear tights as they push down on my patella and over the course of a few hours (and the days following) it's super sore.

My best solution to date has been Velocio thermal bib shorts with their thermal leg warmers but leg warmers can be a bit of a pain with respect to bunching etc.

If anyone has recommendations for warm (fleece-lined etc.) winter tights that are still super slim and not flapping around in the wind but that don't put pressure on the knee cap I'd greatly appreciate it

Q36.5 Adventure Tights would fit the bill. Much lower compression than their other options as they're more made for lower intensity allroad type of rides.

The older winter tights they did also had some significant shaping and stitching around the knees which may help you taking pressure off the kneecaps

Thanks so much! I'll check them out.
