Farsports Kaze series are pretty nice with various hub options and rim finishes.

Light-Bicycle AR56 with graphene groove brake track-- this is an optional brake track upgrade, not the default one.
If possible, ask for 30mm wide version rather than 28mm wide version currently on their website.

compare to your old sets these are:
deeper,
wider,
have better brake track.

A question i have been pondering to. Question is what you set as prio 1,2 and 3?
I wouldn't like any rim to be wider than tops 21mm. I'd rather pick 19mm and hooks.
I also question what the absolute brake track would be. I don't care if it chews brake pads, i just want it to stop as fast as possible when needed.
I also would like something that is wider than 28mm. 50-65mm deep.

The AC3 brake surface on Campy/Fulcrum wheels is impressive imo. Do all the far eastern carbon wheels have a similar technology on their brake tracks?

A member (sorry forgot his name) said far eastern factory have fewer restrictions and can use more harmful but better resins.

Another vote for Bora WTOs. Strong wheels, no spoke holes so easy to set up tubeless, good braking, easily serviceable hubs.

Well, not quite all. Enve and HED make their carbon fiber rims in the USA, and Zipp makes some of their rims in the USA. Also, German company Munich Composites is opening a carbon fiber rim factory in the USA.

Used Lightweights beat everything. Empty your mind of the thought that "buying used carbon wheels is crazy." Do a saved search on ebay. Most people who pay the new price keep them 'for best', i.e. a few dry miles. Used ones for tubs with an unworn brake track go for 75% below list. Clincher ones fetch a bit more. Cash on collection. Ask the seller to remove the tyres and old glue before you meet. Wear and damage are very easy to spot. (Owners cannot true or replace spokes.) Don't be discouraged by a chewed up alloy hub body, they're made of cheese, £50 to replace.

eta In before someone says Lightweights are behind the times aerodynamically. They are. Don't buy if you compete.

Never heard anyone complain about too long braking distance.

What are these many other ways?

No brake track means brakes just don't work in the wet, too narrow by modern standards, no repairability, not really that light anymore, eww tubulars
