At the moment I'm using Duke Baccara SLS2 36C Ultra rims on dt swiss 240 hubs and planing to keep these wheels.
But for next season I wan't something new/different, so looking at options 40-50mm deep.

Main requarements:

* Stability in crosswinds. (Main requarement)
* Hooked rim (will be used with tubes)
* Deph 40-50mm.
* Ext width 31mm+
* Int width 21-25mm.
* Not looking at chineese rims.
* Weight up to 1400gr.

At this moment considaration list:

1) Reynolds BlackLabel 46 (2023 model)
2) Reserve 40|44 on dt swiss 240 hubs
3) Vision Metron 45

True! I didn't realise they were that much narrower than the Duals and Wake I have.

I know you said no chinese rims, but I just ordered a set of Farsports Hypers 24mm internal/30mm external, 50mm deep with a stated weight of 1207g and around $1K USD - that's pretty hard to ignore.
2015 Wilier Zero.7 Rim - 6.37kg
2020 Trek Emonda SLR-7 Disc - 6.86kg
2023 Specialized SL7 - 7.18kg

I think at least two of those are made in Taiwan. Or have they all moved production to China?

I'm not talking about production lines, most of things these days are made in China, I meant companies based in China.

Stability in crosswinds and 50mm depth is an oxymoron.

Not sure they go together.

I’m currently using a Light Bicycle AR25 wheel laced to Carbon-Ti hubs on my Aethos. I also have an Enve 2.3 (hookless) wheelset but prefer the LB AR25 wheels o the Aethos. No issues with quality, crosswinds although not deep. Hybrid hook.

From my expirience, a lot depends from rim profile.
My worst ever wheels regarding stability in cross winds was Roval CLX40 (rim brake) and the best - zipp 303fc (2022). Both 40mm deph...

Reynolds and Bontrager RSL have reputation of being one of most stable wheels in this depth.

Vision/FSA rims were/are OEMed in mainland from very early. TW Tien Hsin is mainly responsible for crankset, headset, and hub.

Yes, Ascent Polaris 42 looks like a good option, but they have limited shipping, doesn't ship to all EU countries.
