Hi,

Probably I will go for 30c tires. I looked for inner tubes and unfortunately, most of them are up to 28c and then Gravel size appears, which starts from 30c. Of course, second option is much heavier than typical road tubes.

Is it fine to use max 28c tubes with 30c tires? Probably I will use butyl, maybe latex.

Absolutely no problem!

But Conti ( Race Wide) and Schwalbe offer tubes for 30c

I forgot to mention. I want to go for some light tubes. Currently in 32c and 34c I have Schwalbe Extra Light but they are up to 44c, which is bit overkill.

A lot of the TPU tubes such as the Ride Now ones will work with road tyres up to 32mm

28 latex is your friend.

I use both 28mm latex (6 years now, no issue) and since last year the ridenow tpu (no issues) on tyres measuring 29-32mm WAM
