The Farsports rear wheel Bitex TA end cap I have is noticably loose to pop on and off. If you are working on the wheel and you knock the rim even lightly the cassette and freehub are prone to just fall off. Is that normal?

This may well be a case of 'no you're doing it wrong' ... but Farsports also provided an axle with a screw-on end cap but I tried it and the lockring of the disc rotor bottoms out on it when tightened.

Help!

Interesting. My Bitex hubs (from LightBicycle) screw on. For what it's worth I've been pretty happy with the hubs (and my other wheels have DT Swiss 240's).

The hubs definitely feel super smooth!

Would you be able to take a photo of the NDS of the wheel so I can see how it's configured?

I also have the screw on model on two wheel sets, and don't have problems with them. I use a mix of light grease and blue Loctite to just gently screw the end cap on so it sits on the NDS bearing without any compression. On my CL hub I have a DTSwiss adapter for 6 bolts rotors (lighter :) !), and no problems with fit.

Louis :)
