Hi,
yesterday I got my new Zipp 353 wheelset. The front wheel looks ok, but on the rear wheel I have a big scratch (2-3 cm) at the drain hole. It looks like that the top layer of the material was broken out, when they drill the drain hole. (just a guess)
So my question, does anybody have also a Zipp 353 or 454 NSW with the same or similar problem? Is the top layer, just a color layer, or is it the first layer of the carbon?
Would you accept it?

Thx guys for your quick response. I will go for a refund/replacement!
Interesting to me, that quality control accepted it. The scratch is so obvious, I saw it after 2 seconds after unboxing

They'd bloody well need to.
