It's kind of well known that Campagnolo does a lot of mix and match in the wheels that build on the tradition of Record hubs: baseline (most parts "HB-RE*"), USB (add ceramic balls, HY123 or rim front BO023), CULT (add cronitect races, *22 and *24 in HY0 or rim front BO0). Apparently product letters based on the first products the parts appeared in, e.g. front races in boras for both cronitecs and regular steel price points (BO02x and BO12x, with x=2 and x=4)

The rim front specific variants are an offshot that is relatively recent (and short lived, due to disc front again matching rear), races are "Bora" (both CULT/cronitect and USB/regular steel), steel balls are "Zonda".

What's not clear from the parts catalogue: if front balls need replacing (BO023/ZO023), can they be transferred from rear bearings (HY123/RE022) if that's what's available (keeping the spacer ring of course) or are the balls different size? Perhaps subtly different? I kind of doubt they are different (perhaps evensubtly different??), but I'd be glad to hear confirmation. Seriously doubt actually, because pictures show that it's 13 balls (front) vs 15 (rear/universal) and it would seem silly to have separate sizes, but a trace of uncertainty remains.
