Would a 54t ratchet ring make a difference?

Don't really need a 54 on the road and it will be louder/less reliable.

You could get away with 30mm

Rim depth + 13mm is the minimum usually

Don't they come with valves? The Swiss ones are pretty decent, and great TL valves don't exist.

Yeah my wheels came with valves, Ive found the Dt Swiss ones to be excellent. They seal really well and are the perfect length for the wheels, nothing to fault really.

I went for the 62 rear 50 front combo, very happy with the wheels, the bike feels really fast

Am thinking between the DT swiss 50/62 combo, or going with a set of ENVE 5.6

Anyone have had the luck to try both and able to comment which way to swing?

Received my new ARC 1100 50s yesterday and they look great. The only problem is that the rest of the new bike is caught up in supply chain problems. They might be lonely for a few months.

Got a pair of PR1400 Dicut 21db today. A bit disappointed of the weight... Claimed weight about 1443 grams. Real weight with 12/100 front and QR rear: 1506 grams..... So the claimed weight is without tubeless tape and possibly the adapters? Does anyone know? They should tell us what the weight is based on on their website I imagine....

Claimed weight is pretty much always excluding tape and valves AFAIA. Would you include the weight of the valves if you're running tubes?

Regarding to viewtopic.php?f=113&t=165826. Anybody here have any issues like this?

I'm looking for new wheels for my wife. Never had any issues with old DT-Swiss ratchet system. The one of 1st-place options is DT-Swiss ARC1100. But now I'm thinking to replace them with SwissSide Hadron Ultimate2 with old 180s hubs.

I have a set of ARC1400s I bought in January but have yet to ride since im still waiting for my frameset. Wondering what to do re: hub engagement issues? Just ride them and hope for the best?
