NBD: Canyon Endurace CF7 Di2
Before& after. Changed 105 to Ultegra, stock wheels to existing farsports w. Glafer discs, handlebar to zipp sl70 and seatpost+saddle.
To be done: Change crank and bb to Easton?
I also want to change the stem but with 1 1/4" steerer its kind of hard to find something i like, current option is Giant Contact.
The tire clerance is amazing! 40mm in front with plenty room, in the back there is only 3mm but a 36-37 would fit perfectly.
Weight: 8.1 with pedals and bottle cages

Does anyone know where to track down the headset compression ring? Is there an alternative one to Acros?

Shipping cost from Germany for plastic compression ring that weights 2 grams is shocking!

My trusty Endurace CF Sl8. It is by a long shot the best bike I've ever owned. I will start to put her on a diet in a few months, wheels will go for sure.

One question - where is the sram blip box hidden?

I don't have the blip box, I don't need it. And I have to be hoest I can't wait to go back to Shimano.

I have an Aeroad CFR in size S. Since all Canyon bikes in size 2XS, XS and S have a 50 mm front wheel, I would like to switch for a 62 mm wheel. Has anyone tried this?

I "upgraded" the stock DT Swiss wheels to 45mm Farsports carbon spoke wheels. I think it looks pretty good still but really changes the look of the bike, even shallower would look a bit weird imo. It also saved just over 500 grams, which brings the weight to just about 7.5 kg (if the scale is right) :D

Now that the the midlife modified version of the Aeroad is available in M I decided to purchase. I had the mk2 version with the seat post clamp built into the top tube and it never gave me any issues, neither slipping or creaking so now that the latest version has been remodelled to replicate this I went for it. To sum it all up it's everything great that the 2016 model was but not with disc brakes. It also has the hidden internal cables but I know these are going to be a pain in the arse when it comes to changing the headset bearings.
Another plus is the 12th gear and newly shaped shifter hoods. Sutle changes but makes a difference 👌
The Ultimate is still a great alrounder so it's staying 👍

Canyon Ultimate CFR Di2.

First image is as it came with the Dt Swiss Mon Chasseral wheels, wanted some deeper rims so it now has the Drive 40D, also fitted a YBN chain, Sigyie derailure mount and Alpitude Cages and chain catcher.
