Looks like a Sigeyi Shimano direct mount hanger, it's lighter than a stock setup with separate bracket axle unit and hanger. I find DM hanger look cleaner too.

Bingo, Also I find the shifts to be a little more crisp with it. They didn't have it in black when I ordered it, but it matches with C-Bear oversize pulleys, and bottom bracket.Klaster_1 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 03, 2020 11:58 amLooks like a Sigeyi Shimano direct mount hanger, it's lighter than a stock setup with separate bracket axle unit and hanger. Happy with the oversize pulleys from C-bear? I was thinking of getting them for my SL7 (with SRAM Force AXS). Do you have hybrid or full ceramic. Do you know if you have to do regular maintenance on them (and on the BB)? Is there an instruction sheet/video that you know of? The price for 2 little wheels still got me in doubt The BB is not especially expensive.thedanplasse wrote:Bingo, Also I find the shifts to be a little more crisp with it. I love them, everything is much smoother. Full ceramic. I'll pull them off at the end of the road season, and clean/lube them. Along with the BB.Euch wrote: ↑Tue Nov 03, 2020 8:38 pmHappy with the oversize pulleys from C-bear? I was thinking of getting them for my SL7 (with SRAM Force AXS). C-Bear is great, and much more affordable that Ceramicspeed. (fairweather cyclist too, so they don't see much inclement weather)

What do you lube them with? I will usually take my good bike out only with good weather, but you can't avoid an occasional splash in Belgiumthedanplasse wrote:I love them, everything is much smoother. Full ceramic. I haven't gotten that far yet, I'll figure that out when the bike becomes an indoor bike for a few months.

Use the same lube as CeramicSpeed advises? Will work for C-Bear as well.Euch wrote: ↑Tue Nov 03, 2020 8:45 pmWhat do you lube them with? Yup, but they also advise to take the bearings apart (remove seals, degrease and regrease) every 5-8000km (for BB) with this: https://www.ceramicspeed.com/en/cycling ... nd-grease/Ritsuke wrote:Use the same lube as CeramicSpeed advises? Picked up Tarmac frameset at my LBS and swapped the parts I had on my Izalco.
7.51kg as is, which is a bit more porky than I expected. I'm looking at buying a lightweight set of wheels that would save me around 3-400g over my AR56. The cockpit is less than 375g and I'm not sure there is much room for improvement without going exotic.

Just finished my paint and Groupset refresh of my 2010 Tarmac SL3 Project Black, 6.75kg without speed plays 6.95kg with pedals. I love this bike due to external cabling and project black was quite limited at the time...I don't have the individual weights but part list below
