...I'm afraid I haven't ridden the F10, so I can't contribute much there. However, I come straight off a Ridley Orion (entry-level but sturdy carbon frame), and I can't believe how much stiffer the front end on the CF is. This is particularly important on plus-sized frames, I think. I also ride a Look KG231 (size 61), known to be more of a comfy ride, which in comparation now feels like spaghetti! Still like it for those 4h plus-rides, though.
Other initial mental notes on the 2008 Ultimate CF (not many first-hand reports on it yet, and this is based on a total of 1.5 hours in the saddle): The ride is firm, but not in any way harsh. Extremely responsive. Goes where you points it. Looking forward to taking it for a longer spin (but unfortunately I'm going out of town for almost a week...)
Other stuff: finish is good, paint is impeccable, if not the hardest and most scratch-repellant I've seen.

Ok, I'll 'out' myself...
I'm not e-x-a-c-t-l-y a ww (I build steel frames), but I'm as much of a tech-geek as anybody and enjoy this forum.
P.S. Here's my Flanders/Roubaix inspired bike (it'll fit 27's with standard Record calipers). She's a 62cm.
