Thanks. Pity, I guess BMC is out of the question for my next winter training bike...Full mudguards is a must for winter riding and commuting to work.

My 2018 Roadmachine 02 in the north of Vietnam during a 4-day tour with Velo Vietnam recently. The bike performed perfectly for the terrain which included varied road conditions from perfect new roads to light gravel. And the bike was planted during all the long descents.

Got a question for BMC owners: can you use regular mounts (K-Edge or etc) with ICS stem and bars on Team machine and Road Machine? I.e. non ICS-Aero. Cables are externally routed and afaik I can use any 31.6 bars with ICS stem.
Also, if there's BMC Wahoo mount for ICS stem available?

I guess you can use K-Edge etc and whatever bars you like. My 2019 model has BMC bars, 2018 had 3T.
Im using MagCad mount for ICS/wahoo bolt on my Teammachine, easy to find on ebay.

Here's my old BMC Teammachine SLR03. Start out as a Sora build that I upgraded to SRAM RED Etap and got down to about 7.1kg. Don't have any good pictures of my Gran Fondo GF02 since I mainly use it for commuting.

Finally decided to snap a shot of my GF02. 2014 model year. Originally Tiagra spec, upgraded to R8000 with an FC-RS510 crankset. Dura Ace BSA threaded BB, Kogel 12T/14T jockey wheels. Zipp carbon seat post. I keep trying to sell my Zipp Contour SL handlebars, but since no one is buying them on the FB groups, I'll probably just install them on this.

Thanks! I actually meant old as in I've since sold it. Yeah it wasn't too old since it's a 2017 model. The Garmin is an old style Garmin Varia radar. The RTL500 version, before they went to the newer long and slender version. I prefer the boxier version personally.

Yes the Junction B would be in the downtube. You can find some more details here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=152331
Thanks! that's a really useful thread. The extra junction B that BMC recommends is interesting, I'm not sure I'll go with that, or use a Y splitter.iamraymond wrote: ↑Mon Jul 06, 2020 3:34 pmYes the Junction B would be in the downtube. You can find some more details here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=152331
Hi All
New member from Perth, Western Australia here, sharing my 2019 BMC RM02 Three
Have put some carbon wheels with ultegra discs and SWorks Turbo clinchers on, swapped the saddle for a Specialised Power Arc and put a shorter Zipp stem on.
Might cut the steerer down when it next goes in for a service and get the cables tidied up, but other than that I'm really happy with it.
Only upgrades I'm toying with in the future are the groupset - might go to Force AXS or something - and swapping to an ICS stem and bars I can hide the cables in but thats down the track somewhere!

Hi Rorschach,
Nice bike! Do I spy some LB wheels on there? How do you find them. I'm weighing up some WR38/WR50s for my RM01 but wondering about frame clearance and if deeper rims will affect comfort Vs the stock shallow alu wheels?

2016 SLR02 @ 6.45kg
Main bits:
- SRAM RED Etap
- Bontrager Aeolus 3
- K Alloy Stem/3T Ernova
- Hylix Seatpost and China saddle
Picked this up in late 2017 and have been tweaking it ever since. Likely no more further changes outside of maybe EE brakes.
