Wow, that's incredible! I like the unfinished look, there's just something about it.

What is the total weight of the THM crank vs the Zipp crank and ISIS BB?

The Zipp = 297g + 118g = 415g
The THM = 307g + 72g = 379g

The THM System weighs 36g less

The wait for the rear rim still goes on. I do not know if i ever will get it :noidea:

Today i got my new spindels for the Aerolite pedals. Now they weigh 9g more but for safety 9g is ok

Some absolutely amazing stuff going on here. You gave me loads of ideas, but I'm not as adventurous or talented enough to pull off a lot of it. I did shorten the adjuster on my AX3000s a bit, but leaving in a bit of room for adjustment. I'm thinking of getting some Schmolke carbon bolts for brakes and bottle holders. What bolt head did you use on the Fabric bottle holders?

Hey Fuchs, are you still with us?
Sorry to dredge up this thread (it's so good though!), but if I may, I'd like to ask about the downtube shifter on this bike. More specifically, how exactly is it attached? Reading back in the thread you say it's an alloy holder riveted and glued on, but that doesn't seem to me that it'd be strong enough to handle the cable tension :noidea:. Is the glue a particular kind for carbon to alloy bonding or something? Were there already holes* for rivets or did you drill them? Is the holder unique or 'borrowed' from something else? Any close pictures?
Asking cos I want to do this to my frame at some point, and whatever you've done seems to have worked.

*My frame already has riveted-on cable stops, so I'm thinking I could use the holes from them.

For a shift cable you can just epoxy the holder on, no rivets needed. The epoxy will hold something like 300kg / cm² which you will never reach with shift cables.
