I want to try the Giro Techlace Pro-light which is 272 grams for the pair. The Textreme soles look cool.

you weren't tempted to get the TT ones, even with changing the axels to Ti will still save a little more weight and should come out at 68g.

I would love to have the TT but look at the tight fit i already have with the road version. Would not work with the shorter spindels from the TT

Actually I was being serious, why not make your own pair of super lightweight custom carbon shoes? It would match your projekt and you have the carbon know how needed!?

Sorry i forgot to respond to you. Would be fun to build my own shoes and i thought about that before. But like i said before is that i do not have a workshop right now and it would be hard to build them in my livingroom :p

Got two pictures from the shop today. It is the frontwheel with 374g
Still waiting for the back rim

The frame weighs 795g in 56" but has the seatpost (106g) and a chainguide (3g) laminatet to it thats why i have 904g on the list.
The plan is to change the dropouts to some out of carbon (have them laying at home already) and the bigger jobb is to take away the big aluminium "bottum bracket" and rebuild it with carbon. this two jobs should save around 80g i hope.

That chain weight is very nice.

When I get around to building my climbing bike, I am so going tubulars as I think I found some that come in at 990g for cheap.

Bought a new tool today. It has 50g less than my old one and has even build in the Co2 pump which saves me another 38g to my old one.
