Current status of my campagnolo-build:

Frame: 54cm Specialized Tarmac SL8 - Satin Carbon / Viavi Cynan Blue / Viavi Silver-Blue Pearl Edge Fade / Gloss Metallic White Silver
Wheels: Campagnolo Bora Ultra WTO 45 C23
Tires: Challenge Strada Bianca 30mm front and rear (set up with schwalbe aerothan tubes)
Levers: Super Record 2x12-speed EP WRL Shift/Brake Levers
Brake Calipers: Campagnolo db-f140, db-r161.
Front Rotor: Campagnolo AFS 03 160mm
Rear Rotor: Campagnolo AFS 03 160mm
Crankset: Super Record WRL 48/32 170mm
Pedals: Speedplay Powrlink Dual-sided
Bottom Bracket: Campagnolo Pro-tech BSA
Chain: Campagnolo Super Record 12-s
Cassette: Super Record WRL 10-29
Saddle: S-Works Power Mirror 143
Cockpit: Roval Rapide 110x 420mm
Bar tape: Lizard Skins DSP V2, 2.5MM
Computer mount: 3D printed -Sloperoad
Radar mount: 3D printed -Sloperoad
Bottle Cages: AliExpress

Current weight is 7.1 kg with mounts but without computer and lights installed. I expected to fall below the 7kg mark by changing the wheelset. But it seems that the weight gain is offset by the large and rather heavy challenge tires. So the next parts to be replaced will be serverall titatium bolts, the derailleur hanger and off course the tires. However, it remains a rather heavy S-Works build compared to other projects and stock S-Works Modells notwithstanding using quite competitive parts in terms a weight. So there is maybe even more room for improvement.

Nice! The only thing it seems out of place to me is the color of bar tape, I'd get black one.

I will be getting similar build under way next week, after 9 months of waiting!

Enjoy your ride 😃 did you use Campa before? If yes, how do you find the reach of new levers? Longer, same as 11s mech?

Of course, the bartape divides😁

It was a nightmare to source all the parts in a decent amount of time.

Its my first Campagnolo but also my first wireless groupset experience. So far im very impressed. I do find the reach of the levers by default to be quite long. But to be honest i haven't consulted the manuals yet regarding adjustability.
